A transformative and relaxing therapy which promotes wellbeing and reduces stress

Foot Reflexology or Hand Reflexology

Hand reflexology can be offered alongside or as an alternative to treating the foot. Just as with feet, hand reflexology is a massage technique that puts pressure on various reflex points around your hands. It is particularly useful if a client has a foot injury or simply doesn't like their feet being touched.

Reflexology Lymph Drainage (RLD)

This technique focuses specifically on the lymphatic reflexes on the feet and hands to assist the flow of lymph. Promoting fresh lymph in the lymphatic system encourages stagnant, sluggish lymph out of the body and aids in the removal of toxins, waste products, germs and bacteria - this in turn may promote improved health and

wellbeing. The innovator of this award-winning technique, Sally Kay, developed it as a therapy for those with secondary lymphedema as a result of breast cancer treatment. Sally found that when this technique was used, patients found that less swelling and discomfort was experienced alongside an increase in strength and mobility of the arm.

The art of reflexology has been practiced for thousands of years. It works on the theory that specific pressure points on your hands and feet are connected to organs and systems elsewhere in your body. Our expert reflexologist works with each individual client to diagnose problem areas before gently applying pressure to kickstart the body's own healing process.
